Participants of the Amgen Scholars Program now have exclusive access to the online Amgen Scholars Community. This new site is designed to connect, inform, engage and inspire all Amgen Scholars — past, present and future on a global scale. Within the community, current Scholars and alumni will be able to login and access tools aimed at helping them build professional networks and read the latest science and career news.
Through the use of interactive polls, message boards, personal profiles and blogs, users can discuss their participation in the Program and various science-related topics such as graduate education and career paths in research. University program leadership will also participate through online tools dedicated to sharing knowledge and best practices across the Program.
The Program attracts highly talented students and guides them to discover their potential by becoming the next generation of scientists. We hope that this site will enrich the experience for all participants—not only during their participation in the program, but throughout their future careers in science.
